Fluent Never Followed with creating my landing page, poor quality bad customer service. Ripoff

The company told that they create a wonderful landing page that would supply me with endless leads and lead that would qualified. When I first saw the presentation, I was not impressed, I actually hated it but the support told I didn't know what I was talking and that they have 27 years experience marketing and they stand by there landing page. So I agreed thinking they knew what they wered doing.

When I was time to go live online the the landing was terrible just like I said from the start, because it was not persuasive enough to get clients. Also they do not help with your google account.

Within the first of advertising with their system I received 1 lead after spending $111.00. That is not worth the money on top of the fact that they say they know what works and what doesn't work. The total has come out to be a little over $12,000 and nothing has transpired with them.

I stopped my ads on google because of the poor results and told them they need to change the landing they refused and said they stand bythe product. I tried to talked to the owners and no one returned my calls. They sent a letter stating that they would change the landing once I filed complaints but the letter basically stated " Fluent offers absolutely no assurance as to its performance."

Basically they sell you a song and dance then once they get your money they don't care. It was a classic Bait and Switch. So I filed a complaint with the BBB and Federal Consumer Division. I filed my complaint and let them know I was dissatified on the several occasions and nothing has been done' it has been 3 weeks not one phone call or email about what will be done with my account. They only protect their interest and not yours.

Do not buy from this company!
