This company is a VERY shady company by greedy company

1. When i made a payment at there payment center located at "queens center malls" there was this asian lady "i think chinese" and after i made a payment she told me a due balance was incorrect and i ask her why she gave me the wrong balance she replay: i didn't

HUH! You just did so and i ask why she did it and she ignore me "some customer service" and when i press this matter on to find out why they gave me the wrong balance so i wait to speak a sale reps "who also can take a look at your account" and i ask her why this lady the "asian lady" gave me the wrong balance and she reply: she not allow to "what!"

But as i explain of what happen she was more concern about her nail and less about me and the 3rd reps that i spoke to "omfg this guy was saying cost of this and that" but the bottom lines they are scammer "EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE"

Ps: why they need a security guard in that place "pi*off customer"!

2. The customer service lines now i make payment by credit card or cash but on that day i made a payment on my credit card "on autopay" and i made a payment but i call back "20min latter" i spoke to this reps and boys "she is dumb as they come -must be a blond" so i ask her about my payment and i gave my process number and she told me "it will take 5 to 7 days for a post payment"

HUH - my jaws hit the floor and i replay is a credit card "american express" and she say the same thing

So i hang up and i dial back and i waited for another "15 to 25 min" and all of the sudden i spoke to this guy "a indian" with some bad english so i replay the same question and he inform me that "after hearing his indian dribble" my payment is posted

3. The cable box i have a total of 5 and i have this service for 2 yrs now i have to replace my box about "20 times" why made in mexico!
