Needed background check on potential red-flag employee -time on Net Detective wasted

Looking up one of two employees of a "consulting" firm out of Jacksonville/Orlando. Red flags up, but our group voted to hire the guys.

I got on the computer to do one background check. Spent hours going through Net Detective's worthless sludge.
I had the choice to do the research with public addresses/phone numbers Net provided (free on Zaba) or pay more money for more useless info.

I immed. Called for a credit to my card - there's a 4 page refund request! I hate lies, wasting my time, and the refund run-around.
