Fraud, Billed for Nothing

BMG music sent My 13 year old son a bill for a cd that he never ordered. Nothing has shown up in the mail and yet they said "We have shipped your enrollment selections a number of weeks ago and trust that you are enjoying them. But to date we have not received payment from you." Yeah!!! Because their committing fraud! This is the first and only notice that we have gotten from them and it demands payment for A PRODUCT THAT WAS NEVER ORDERED OR RECEIVED.
