The company has been avioding my self, the Mo. Atteney general office, and the bbb on this matter. Web site should be stop due too its onwer is non responsive to the public and has no regard for the public nor its officals to resovles matters when payment was made to him and he did not do as he should, mail / ship prouduct paid for in full. The Screwdriver.com should be remove from the internet due too its practices by its owner and refusal to comply with consumer laws. I have the reports from the Better Business Bureau (Mo.) and The Atterney Gernerals Office (MO) (Consumer Protection) were the person refused to contact these officals on getting this matter taken care of.
