Website made no profit Ripoff

When I checked into this business it sounded reel good it sounded so good that I put up $250.00 to start this website, the lady I talked to told me that was all I had to pay. She said that I would start making money right the site get set up. When thje site was all set up that when I got transfered to another person and he was telling me that I had to pay another $500.00 for advertizing, at this point I was trying to tell him that the lady I talked to before said that did not had to pay no more money. He kept on insisting that I had to pay more, and when i tried to get back in touch with the lady, no one knew who she was, thats when I knew I've been had. I was wondering who I could tell about this, thank you for the heads up
