Ripoff From what I've read and heard... I know what I am in for. These people ARE the "bottom of the barrel"

I have been ignoring calls from a girl who works for sam streeter. I believe it in reference to the only C.C. I ever took out back in 2003. It was supposed to have a cap of $800. I spent about 300 before my card was stolen, and used to the fullest extent. After refusing to pay for charges I didnt make, eventually I started getting calls in 2006 from a Bronson and McManchil (Spelling?) law firm in NY. I ignored them for the most part because they told me that I needed to pay them like $2500.

Those calls finally stopped, however a couple months later I started getting calls from a female associate who claimed she works from the law offices of Sam Streeter. Ive heard a lot of terrible things about this guy. I live in Pennsylvania. She has been leaving messages that say that "the "attorney" wants to have a word with me" or. "if you want to take part in the case we have against you, you must contact us immediately." I feel like if I call them they will find a way to use what I say against me, so I am just ignoring them. Please, if someone could give me some advice. Thank you ~Ryan
