These money hungry scavangers make their living stealing from tourists. They charged me close to $400 USD for calls that didnt even last no more than 10 freaking minutes. They have it all figured out:

1) They DONT sell Calling Cards at the Hotels
2) NOBODY knows how much the RATES are
3) THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
