Dishonest fraudulent purchase contract with fatal errors ripoff

I submitted a formal complaint about the unfair practice and the financial damages that I have encountered in the process of purchasing a property listed by Century 21 beachside realtors and even though all the mistakes and errors caused by my realtor that is employed by Century 21 Beachside realtors are documented and provided in the complaint, their manager basically took the matter very carelessly and basically told me that I wasted his time even though the financial damage to me are over 300,000 dollars that they are responsible for. Their manager promised to get back to me within 2 days of investigating the matter, which he never did. As the mistakes they made on my behalf are 30 pages long, following is a summary of few of the mistakes that Century 21 Beachside realtors performed:

1. On the purchase contract they indicated that the seller will help the buyer in a 1031 exchange which was a fraudulent statement, as the property on the same contract states that it is an owner occupied property.
2. The lender (OneMortgageNetwork) called this transaction the most incompetent, incoherent, irresponsible, unprofessional legal document ever written to purchase a property. This unprofessionally written contract went to demonstrate the negligence, irresponsible, unfair discriminative act against the buyer as the agent did not even care to write an accurate legal binding contract or even consider the consequences, the negative impact and the damages that this statement will inflict on the buyer that is trying to obtain a loan.
3. This negligence, irresponsible, unprofessional action by my agent that is a Century 21 Beachside Realtors agent, has caused my interest rate to skyrocket from 5.75 as an owner occupied property to 6.5 as an investment property.
4. The difference of. 75 percent in this huge loan will cost me and my family the sum of Three hundred thousand dollars over the life of the loan.
5. Century 21 Beachside Realtors, did not care at all, as I am just one very small customer and they are a huge company, so if I lose 300,000 dollars is not their problem as long as they show that they made their sales and achieve their trophies, regardless of the customers who gets crushed as a result of their unfair, discriminative, unprofessional, irresponsible actions.
6. Please never use Century 21 Beachside Realtor in any of your real estate transactions as they have the most irresponsible, unprofessional agents, who will not care at all about their customers, only their commission. Their manager considers any complaint submitted to him as a waste of his time.
