Run By Incompetent People Ripoff

All of a sudden they started throwing their newspaper on our front lawn every morning at 5:00 A.M.in the morning. We called the phone number listed in the newspapter if you got delivery issues and told them that we never asked to get the newspaper. I've called three diffrent times and my girlfriend called two different times. The people we talked to told us that they arent set up to deal with situations where your getting a paper delivered when you dont want one. They say their only set up to deal with people who subscribe to the paper and didnt get the paper delivered that day.

Since there was no luck talking to the Arizona Republic customer service number I went to the newspaper distribution center way out on north 19th avenue passed HappyValley road to talk to someone in person. The lady at the main reception was really rude and talked down to me. She thought she was real special in her fancy Nieman Marcus dress and fancy makeup. She said it wasnt her problem and not to bother her with stuff like that. Also the security gard there acted like a dick.

We still get the newspaper tossed on our lawn every morning. We dont want it and dont read it. The arizona republic dont run there business too good. They like to pass the buck and not deal with anything.
