Did not return money as promised when a puppy was returned to her because it was not a quality dog

Jennifer Arn sent me a puppy that was not at all what she had promised it would be. I told her I wanted to return the puppy so she had me take it to another breeder located in Indiana. My son made the 6 hour trip to return the dog. Since that time I have received no money as promised and Jennifer has made no attempts to contact me and resolve this issue. She is a liar, a cheat and makes fraudulent sales. I advise that NoOne make a purchase from this puppymill breeder!!
