New Owner a fraud and decrimanator Ripoff

My name is Kindra and I work for the new Del Taco that just open a month ago here in Pueblo I worked for 1 year with Phil Fisher to get this store up and running. I want you to know that I spent 5 weeks away from my family in order to make this store the greatest store ever I even hope to be the first training store in Colorado. However about two weeks ago Phil and his father started telling me to fire people and that a Nick Maes needed to be my G.M. So that I could move on. I didn't have a problem with Nick but he does say sexual comments to women and to men. Last week I was ask to firer several people because Phil didn't like the way one girl smiled or one girl had big hipps and one guy wasn't what he pictured his store to be. I felt very unconfortable doing this however I did it. Then Phil tells me that salary managers only work 40 hours and get a extra $9 for over time. Again this upset me because I was work 80 and my bonus is 5% of the profits. But yesterday beat all he fires me because he likes this Nick guy and does it on my day off and in the parking lot. I have now filed a law suit against this man and Nick. But for all the People in Pueblo who where treated badly on the P.M. Shift I'm sorry for Hiring Nick. I know most of you heard him yell and make rude comments. I hold nothing agaist Del Taco Corp. Just Phil the owner of the one in Pueblo he need to leave and take his attitude back to Denver where he came from.
