Dishonest, Breach of Contract, fraud ripoff

My Wedding is September 8th back on the west coast. I ordered my dress (Style 1516 By Alfred Angelo trimmed in Navy blue to match my husband's dress blues) It was ordered Janurary 18th 2007. It is signed by myself and the owner of the shop.

My Wedding date was put as 10/6. I had called and changed it back in April when my dress was susposed to be getting in "Any day". It is now June 18th 6 MONTHS after I ordered the Dress.By This point everything for the wedding matches that dress.

On section 2 of my service agreement it says " the Tentative delievery time for Bridal Garments IS UP TO 10-12 weeks."

2 weeks ago when i called the OWNER said that it had been shipped but did not get a tracking number. If a dress is worth $850 don't you think you should get a tracking number?

I have to have my dress shipped back to Oregon by august 1st before I fly back. And the owner said it's going to take 2-3 weeks for alterations. I need at least one alteration and god knows how long that will take if 10-12 weeks turns into 6 months.

If anyone has information on what I can do. I am completely stressing out over this because my dress is the centerpeice to the wedding.
