We ordered a luggage rack from trayvad. They told us to mail a check and they would ship the order when they received payment. Mailed the check on 1 April and now on 15 June have received nothing, except my cncelled check from the bank. Tried to contact them by phone, but answering service said storage was full. Tried by email, but all were returned as undeliverable. Have filed a complaint with Washington State AG's Office.
