This company put a charge under misc service providers. The charge was for a "Admin Fee". The charge on our bill said that someone used 10 15 15 800 to make a directory assistance call. At the time nobody was home. This comany is a rip off. You do not have to pay for this charge. There are slamming laws that protect you from this. Call your local verizon service provider tell them what happen they can remove the charge and put a "Misc Charge" block on your account to stop companys like this from doing this to you. We had this done in just a few minuets. Also file a compaint report to your state AG and the FCC.
