Fraudulant, deceptive, customer service rude, not legal

I ordered the trial not knowing that you had two weeks to return it, which it does not describe when you fill out information for your trial product. It does not mention anywhere the terms and conditions unless you comb through each web page and even then it is hard to find.

They do not list where you can send the product back, the customer service line was impossible to get through even at 6 am in the morning, so they don't want to help you. The customer service guy was rude and said he would send an email with instructions which he never sent. I sent about 5 emails with no response.

I filled a complaint with the BBB on this company. I'm still trying to get through and return this garbage before they try to charge me 70.00, because in reading these reports they will try to do this. Don't buy anything from tri clear it's a scam.
