I ordered a simple box of CD wrappers for about 20.00 dollars and paid for 2 day shipping. To this day I have not received anything!

I let about a week and a half go by, then I decided to call. The receptionist was unable to figure out what she should do, so I asked to be transferred to the manager. The manager, whose name I have forgotten, argued with me stating that "The item was shipped, but I was not home to receive it."

Who knows, that may be so, he was not able to provide proof of attempted delivery.in any case I paid for a product and did not receive it. After some time, the manager agreed to resend the item, this time to a business address. It never arrived.

I have been ripped of by this company, but the small amount of money is not what discouraged me from buying from them; it's the fact that the manager deliberately lied to me, and said he would send the item out.
