RIPOFF Received bill for book that wasn't ordered or received! Nashville

I purchased a set of book last summer and paid three hundred dollars for them... Which was fine because it was for a good cause. All of a sudden I receive another bill for an annual handbook this year that I never ordered or received.

I wrote a letter to the company and I still received a statement again.

I tried emailing the company and I keep getting "out of office" bouncebacks.
