Ripoff company, no responce, no merchandise, but charged my credit card Internet

Crocoshoes is a company i ordered crock shoe plugs for my daughters shoes off of the internet;
The site is www.crocoshoes.com it goes thru yahoo. I ordered these shoe charms.

Waited three weeks did not here from the company and it was charged to my credit card so i called the number listed on the web site.

I got a recorded phone message that instructed you to e-mail the company with any questions for them.
Which i did numerous times with no responce at all.
I even seen on a site called yahoo answers that someone was looking for a phone number for this company becouse they were having the same problem, which is no merchandise, but our credit cards were charged. They also did not get any responce with the only way to contact the company thru e-mails.

What a ripoff. These type of people should be locked up in jail.
