Sent multiple damaged shippments I refused all broken shipments now they will not refund my money. Ripoff

Ordered my product on Feb 16th said it would be in a two week period. Trip 1-Went down to levitz in san leandro to pick up and was told my product is not in stock it should arive in one month. Trip 2- Went down to levitz again to pick up this time it was there. I waited for 45 minutes for them to pull the order. When the order was being delivered to me on the huge forklift the person driving it crashed into the forklift infront of him at full speed. He did it on purpose because there was another forklift in his lane. With my product on the pallet. Two boards slid out of the package from the extreme force. I could not believe my eyes. Neither could the other employees as the person driving the forklift was laghing. I was not! The other employees were not laghing either. I had to take the furniture home because my 58 "plasma tv was on the floor. I took the product out of the package and the whole right front was cracked and damaged. I called levitz. They sent out a man to look at the furniture and he said wow this is bad not to mention the product was full of manufatures defect one side looked like they used a sawsall to cut it with. He said they would send me another one. One month later the new one came they opened the box and there was all kinds of manufature defect on this one as well the doors could barely close. I refused it. They sent me another and same thing again. Refused it and asked for a refund. Called back Levitz and told them I wanted a refund and they said ok it should take 3 days to complete. Well waited two weeks and nothing no money. Called them back and asked for a manager Nazege on may16th and she told me that it is different because I ordered online. Nazege said she had to make two calles and she would call me right back. Well 4 hours went by and no call. I called them back and asked for Nazege she went home for the day. They sent me to the manager with the ultimate attitude after all I have been through. She told me I would be refunded in 2 days. I heard this before so I took action with VISA and desputed the charges on may 16th. I will never deal with levitz ever again and I have bought thousands of dollars worth the furniture from them throughout the years. Our relationship has ended thank god.
