Fraud ripoff Internet

I orded 3 dvd's on march 30th, i received a conformation e-mail. My cc was billed, conformation read that the dvd's were sent out on april 9th, i still have not received the dvd's
i went to the site and it has been closed for maintence, i also emailed them twice and no responce.
I tried to put them on the bbb but i did not have an address.
They need to be reported!
