Look out, here we go again, same scam different names, just got a fax from this firm, did some research seems to be some people that where involved with Alliance Acquisitions and Randy Hicks, now Jeff Weaver and Dennis Punzalan are working out of a virtual office in Houston, lying to prospective targets and stealing there money, sounds familiar huh, Weaver was working for Principal out of Florida, they just changed their name to TLMA Consulting after a year and the people started to ask for there money back. Now we have this company looking to do it again. They are not looking to sell your business they have no experience in that, they just no how to sell you a worthless valuation and charge you way too much for it. Word to the wise be carefull, you have been warned. Hide your check books...
