Shipped contaminated smoked fish items to me with mould all over the fish

I received an order shipment From Mr. Asafo Mathew of merchandice ordered from his company, ASAFO AFRICAN MARKET in April. I discussed this matter with him but told me that, he does not believe me, I should go ahead to do whatever I can do.

This man did the same thing the last time I ordered food items from him by shipping expired foods. Asafo denied this, I let threw the entire Maltina drinks in the dump.

Please help me from this guy.
