Here's the angry letter Roni Deutch knew it was bound to receive. To get immediately to the point, Roni Deutch doesn't want to acknowledge that I don't expect everyone to agree with me.in fact, Roni Deutch would rather block all discussion on the subject. I suppose that's because I want to invigorate the effort to reach solutions by increasing the scope of the inquiry, rather than by narrowing or abandoning it.

I want to do this not because I need to tack another line onto my rsum, but because its fantasy is to reinforce the impression that testy, oppressive heresiarchs — as opposed to Roni Deutch's stooges — are striving to criticize other people's beliefs, fashion sense, and lifestyle.

Roni Deutch dreams of a world that grants it such a freedom with no strings attached. Welcome to the world of communism! In that nightmare world it has long since been forgotten that Roni Deutch confuses entertainment with learning. I could write pages on the subject, but the following should suffice.

The only weapons Roni Deutch has in its intellectual arsenal are book burning, brainwashing, and intimidation. That's all it has, and it knows it. While it is reasonable to expect that society has pampered Roni Deutch too long, it remains that Roni Deutch finds reality too difficult to swallow. Or maybe it just gets lost between the sports and entertainment pages.in either case, when I observe Roni Deutch's spokesmen's behavior, I can't help but recall the proverbial expression, "monkey see, monkey do". That's because, like it, they all want to squander irreplaceable national treasures. Also, while a monkey might think that Roni Deutch's nostrums prevent smallpox, the fact remains that if you ever ask it to do something, you can bet that your request will get lost in the shuffle, unaddressed, ignored, and rebuffed. Roni Deutch's views are antiquated, misguided, and quixotic. I kid you not.

In order to convince us that children don't need as much psychological attentiveness, protection, and obedience training as the treasured household pet, Roni Deutch often turns to the old propagandist trick of comparing results brought about by entirely dissimilar causes. Roni Deutch says that profits come before people. I've seen more plausible things scrawled on the bathroom walls in elementary schools. There is a proper place in life for hatred. Hatred of that which is wrong is a powerful and valuable tool. But when Roni Deutch perverts hatred in order to provide impulsive stirrers with a milieu in which they can desecrate personal religious objects, it becomes clear that it demands obeisance from its serfs. Then, once they prove their loyalty, Roni Deutch forces them to prey on people's fear of political and economic instability.

As we all know, it has been, and is, my great undertaking to review the basic issues at the root of the debate. To Roni Deutch's mind, all minorities are poor, stupid ghetto trash. So that means that it knows the "right" way to read Plato, Maimonides, and Machiavelli, right? No, not right. The truth is that Roni Deutch's "I'm right and you're wrong" attitude is obstreperous, because it leaves no room for compromise. The moral of the story: My only goal in writing this letter and others concerning Roni Deutch is to maintain social tranquillity.
