Ripped off, lied to, ignored, reply

We purchased the program on 01/12 (the date it went through on my credit card statements. The total (between two cards) was $5,410, and now some interest has been added to that. About $150 off the top of my head. I did a balance trans. To a 0% accnt. To save me some money for at least a little while. We also purchased a property for $2,695 through their land bank on 02/22, and were lied to about that as well.

We were told there was no homeowners' assoc. Fees, since there was no home on the land yet, and that the taxes had been paid current. Both lies, cause I just got a bill for homeowners' fees AND taxes owed that were never paid by John Beck, and are now delinquent and added to the current taxes.

I called someone at the Pocono's Springs (where the property is located) and asked her some?'s. She was very nice and helpful (since she doesn't work for JB) and told me there were a lot of disgruntled people who are in the same sit. We are with the properties. She also told me that some of the lots are not even buildable! We were told they were all buildable!

We had our "coach" on speaker phone, so my mom heard him flat out lie to us when we asked those?'s. The woman at the Pocono's also mentioned, since she does all the title transfers, that there were some people that had straight returned the property they bought, cause she had done the transfer back to John Beck. So maybe there's hope there as well.

No, we were not told about the 3 days to refund thing. Although, I have read your responses to other people, and we are well past the 90 days, unfortunately. I am all set to call our Or. State attorney here, as soon as they open today to report all this. If you can still help me, if it's possible to get our money back somehow, I would greatly appreciate it.
