Adds to my lease payment without notice Ripoff

Well, what a great company this is. First off they have me sign the one page lease then they send me 2 more pages that I never saw. My wireless credit card machine only worked at my house 80% of the time. My EZ check system. First off they only gave me a $2000.00 sending limit after the rep told me I would have an unlimited check cashing amount. I'm a landscaper dealing with customers that pay 4 5 even 10,000 per month in services. It also prints out my business name mis spelled and a crazy date that shows the year sometimes being 2023 2010.

I called several times to have these issues corrected and was always promised it would be taken care of. Well, nothing was ever fixed

Now my total lease was for 169.00 per month for 48. I understood that, but they only took that out 2 times now they have been charging $185 plus per month for my lease without notification.

I've also found that on the EZ check machine that if I do over 6000 through it that at the end of the month my statement shows a savings around 190.00 and a total statement charge for that month of around $44.00. Well, that discount/savings is false. They pull that 190 and 44 out.

So now I have changed my bank account and sent a nice letter saying if they call more than once per day I'll be contacting the police and will file charges for harrassment.

So far the phone calls have been down to 2 per day

I feel that I have a good case against them I just don't know how to go about things. Any lawyers out there willing to take this case on let me know
