Bo Giles Or Jesse Saunders Damaged pipes, need to redo all pipes, insurance should cove

I called my warranty company to have a plumping come fix my water damage in my main bathroom. It has turned into a nightmare! My entire bathroom is tore up, the plumber-Jesse Saunders did not get the permit to do the work ahead of time and when the inspector came out Friday-4/13/07-it did not pass so my bathroom is still toren up.

Jesse knows how to get the insurance company and warranty company to pay for any damages you may have, but you won't get the work done fast or the right way. He didn't even do 90% of the work. He had a laborer doing the work. On top of that the laborer offered to tell me how to get my husband's meds without a presription. That's illegal!

I've had nothing but problems. Jesse didn't show up on time, when he did show up he would leave, withoput a word and some helper would be doing the work. He's not supposed to leave anyone to do any work. Eveything is supposed to be surprivised.

Take head. Check with the Better Business Bureau, check with the state licensing agency, ask to see their license-must have their persons, and ask others. After this mess, I found that a lot of bad has been said about these people and if I had known, I would've called my warranty company and had them send someone else out.
