Leaking rented fridge never fixed, offered smaller used one

I rented a fridge with water and ice in the door for 24 months. After 12 months, water leaks out of the door and the fridge will not stay cold. They said they would get the parts to fix it, but they never did. Now it is almost paid off and still not fixed.

They will take the side-by-side I have and give me a smaller one with no water and ice, and it is used, in place of the one I have. I have paid a lot of money for mine, just to switch it for a smaller and older hunk of junk.
