A Las Vegas Garden Of Love
This chapel ripped us off and embarrassed us in front of our guests on our wedding day

1. The limo to pick us up at our hotel was late, so we called them

2 They had lost our file.

3.45 mintues later, they finally picked us up

4. The "suggested tip" for the driver was $35, even though we had stood in the heat for alomst an hour

5. Turns out they had our time writted down as 11:30 pm, not am... With tuxes ordered for 2 little children, how is that logical?

6. Our cake was not there because of the time mix up, and they did not have a tux for the baby, even though we ordered everything and paid for it 3 months prior, so my smallest son could not even be in the wedding.

7. The place, besides our chapel, was disgusting and I swear to God, the lady who was fitting Ryan and Payton in their tuxes had coke coming out of her nose

8. As compensation for no cake and no tux, they gave us a photographer and DVD recording... Though I'm sure we ordered that, but you know, we couldn't prove it because they couldn't find our file

9.By that time 22 people had been sitting in a HOT chapel waiting for that stupid lady to find clothes that fit the boys for a half an hour, even though they should have been put aside previously... Maybe then they would have realized they didn't have a baby size tux and they could have ordered one three months ago

10. We said whatever let's just do it, we have a reception starting at another place and plated dinners don't wait like a buffet can

11.. The photographers wanted an ungodly amount of tips too, but by that time I was pissed and just gave them $20

12. As we are leaving this guy who was previously sweet as pie starts running after us and saying Payton and Ryan had to leave their tuxes there, even though we specifically called 2 days ago to be certain they could wear them to the reception. Ys, they said, and we will come pick them up from your hotel the next day. HA!

13. The guy says we can take them if we leave a one hundred dollar deposit, $50 of is nonrefundable for cleaning

14. When we tell him what we were promised on the phone, he says they would never pick them up from a hotel because you can't trust the front desk and if they went missing, we would have to pay for them. Ryan says use the money we paid you for the cake as a deposit, and the man said even though the cake didn't arrive in time, we still had to pay for it because it 'was not their fault' that the wrong time was written on the order form. I said I didn't freaking write anything down on that form, your employee did!!! He said I must have told them the wrong time.

15. This is all happening right on front of all our guests not ten minutes after we just got married

16. Finally ryan and my brother got the owner. When Ryan tried to say that they were bad people for doing this to someone on their wedding, she screamed, "We're Bad? Then just take those tuxes off and get out of here!"

17. Finally they lat us leave with the tuxes.in all we paid $283.00 plus $100.00 in tips for what was nothing but an embarrassing and incredibly poor experience on what was supposed to be the most special day of our lives.

These people should be ashamed of themselves. I am writing this report in hopes of saving someone else from possible going through this. Taking advantage of people on such a sacred day has to be the lowest of the low.
