Ripoff: Charged me three times after they cancelled my order due to insufficeint stock

On 29 March I placed an order with the BookCellar.com for one book to which I received the below automatically generated reply:

This email confirms that you have successfully placed your order! Orders are usually processed within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours depending on the sales volume we are experiencing during a particular period of time. You will receive an email within the next 72 hours confirming that we have processed and shipped the books. If you need further assistance do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at cs@thebookcellar.com.

Four days later I received the following e-mail from my "friends" at the BookCellar.com

Your order information is included in this email.

Thank you for choosing The BookCellar.com. We regret to inform you that your order for the following title (s) has been cancelled. Your credit card has not been charged.

With friends like this who needs enemies. The problem here is that although they supposedly cancelled my order they still saw fit to not only charge my credit card (despite what they wrote to me above) but they charged my credit card three times for this item that they cancelled between 23 March and 26 March. I have also yet to receive any book or any reconciliation of my problem as they are unresponsive to e-mails. Buyer beware!
