This company stated that I had won a lottery and sent me a check for $1,998.00. The letter stated that I had won a total of 120,000.00

The Inter-Global Lotto sent me a letter stating that I had won a lottery along with a check for $1998.00. This was a partial payment towards my total winnings for 120,000.00. I deposited the check in my savings account and weeks later it came back unsufficient funds and the bank closed my account along with charges I had incured for the returned check. I am now unable to get a checking account until I clear this matter and pay the money back to the bank.
