Florida First Financial rude, unwilling, fees ripoff

This company is claiming I owe several thousand dollars more that I really owe them. They are refusing to work with me, and keep hanging up on me. I am ha ving to get a lawyer to get them to even cooperate with me on this. When I told them I was disabled, and on social security because of it, they said I was a bum, and told me to go get a job! And that came from the manager!
