I noticed my phone bill went up in dec. I was being charged for usa voicemail i never signed up for. Ripoff muncie indiana

I noticed my at&t phone bill had went up, i checked it out and thier was a charge for oan services (usa voicemail) for 12.95.

This has been going on since dec.
I wrote and called the phone company they said nothing they could do, i would have to get in touch with the company oan services, i have not been able to get in touch with them yet.

No-one answers the phone when i call.
The only thing i know about them is the phone number.
