Ripoff charged my card never sent shoes won't answer emails can't contact by phone

I ordered a pair of shoes February 11th. Today is March 17th, and I still haven't received my shoes. I can never get in contact with anyone at this "business".
When I call on the phone and follow the menu for customer service, I get perma-hold. I got in touch with someone once, and they told me my shoes were back ordered but would be shipping out in a few days. That was two weeks ago...
When I try to contact by email, I get auto-responder emails, but never anything back from an actual human being. However, they send spam email ads to my email box with absolutely no problem, and true to form, when I tried to erase my name from the list, the link is broken and says I'm sending them spam.
