Pleasure Pools
Ripoff not a pleasure!

Deceptive business practices. Ricj Benner comes to your home and sells you a pool, promises all sorts of things, gives a really good discount then changes the contract and gives a different copy to his Mom (Barbara Benner). Once she finds out the amoutn of the discount she will nickel & Dime you to death to get it back. Every step of the way she was trying to charge us extra for something that was aldready included in the price of our pool. I spent so much time going back and forth trying to sort things out with her. Once Rick signs the contract he is no where to be found. We paid them the amount of ach draw check as it was requested for each stage of the process. Rick told us that if we purchased mosaics our selves (cheaper than the tile company he uses would sell them for) he would install them for us. It is stated on the contract and he did not charge us for them. Then of course when it is time for the plaster to be done... Barbara comes along and trys to charge us $150. Oo to install 4 inch mosaics of little fish. Once again Rick is no where to be found to back up the contract and Mom Barbara will not finish the pool until we pay her the $150.00!!! This is riduculous. They are a mom and Pop shop with no ethics or business sense. STAY CLEAR OF THEM! This pool was suppose to be a pleasuralble experience and it had turned into a nightmare. They tore up my yard and ruined my irrigation system... Riped out the electrical for the system and brake every line including the main pipe. The horror goes on and on!
Now, I have to pay an attorney to get them to finish the pool and fork out more to repaire the damage and find a plaster contractor.

I plan to but them out of business when this is all said and done!
