People Pc Took money out of my checking account unauthorized when I had not even used them

I had gotten one of those people pc cd's in the mail, & decided to run it. I was going to try them out, but they had no toll free access code for muy area. So, I stopped & did not finish. I wrote immediatly & told them to cancel. They would not cancel, & have ben sucking money out of my checking account. My husband & I have called them numerous times, spending a few hours on each call. They refuse to believe we do not want their service!!! They speak very bad english, & no one seems to be in charge. We have a permanant stop payment on their check demands, & we are afraid it will go on our credit report. No one seems to be able to help us.
