Online Wholesale Flowers
Rip off, bad service, ignored complaints, no follow up, appalling business

I orderd flowers online at this company. I was told if I wanted to use them on the Sunday I would need to pay extra for Saturday delivery, I paid the extra charge to make sure they would be delivered on time. I was making floral arrangements for a wedding anniversay lunch that Sunday. At 4pm on the Saturday I called and left messages wanting to find a tracking number for me order as I was getting worried. At 7pm on the Saturday I had had no response to my phone calls and I had not recieved the flowers. I had to go to the store at 7:00pm to buy the flowers at double the price. I did not recieve the flowers before the event on Sunday. On Monday my husband and I left several messages and e mails, we were told somebody would get back to us, we are still waiting after 2 weeks.

The flowers were dumped in the snow on Monday at our front door, nobody rang the door bell, the flowers were dead and a day after we needed them. I eventually reported them to the atteroney general and now to this site.

All I want is my $169 dollars back.
I am warning anybody who wants to order flowers on line to stay away from this rip off store.
