Teleservices RipOff and Dishonest Billing Practices

I usually take my phone bill for granted and I almost never check the listed charges, but recently I have had fluctuating bills every month it seem like it was going up twenty to thirty dollars.
I sat down and check all the charges and even called Bellsouth about a charge for voice mail and imail. Bellsouth indicated that that they would not be charging anything for any type of imail charges.
They instructed me to call the number beside the charge. I called and spoke to a Rep who indicated they would look into the charge this has been months ago. I have yet to get this situation resolved.
I have repeatedly called back and have been switched to variuos Reps and still no resolution to this situation. This has been going on for almost a year.
This is fraud the Rep I spoke to could not tell me how they came to obtain my phone number see how I never set up any accounts with them.
The Rep indicated they could not find an account for me in their system.
I would like to get this resolved, and get my money back.
