Will not gove me a refund, A question on filing my JK small claims case

While Living in Florida I met with and contracted with JKH to help re-file some returns. I later decided to do it myself since they offer no real expertise. I now live in Nevada. My question is when I file my NV small claims case do I put the local NV JKH person or the person I met with in FL? Thanks
