Half empty cigarettes

Our criticism is from the customer perspective. I recently bought a bunch of Marlboro platforms and over 50% of the cigarettes inside it were brief on cigarette. One was over 1 / 4 of the way in which bare. I've been a Marlboro smoker for 12 years and do not wish to smoke other things but it has occurred a few occasions in my experience today. Is there something that can be achieved about that to create it right? Thanks.
