Billed on my bank card after purchase termination!

Although viewing Television one night an advertisement arrived onto purchase coffee maker in a fair cost. Nevertheless when I had been purchasing via phone - no live individual to talk to - I improved my brain since the caffeine for that device was too costly - and so I mentioned to stop the whole purchase. I obtained the equipment along with a couple of caffeine - that has not been exposed. I've been billed on my bank card. I quit a speech communication at Bennoti organization quantity shown about the delivery container - but no body calls me. I can't afford this device using the expensive coffees. Sorry. I did so stop - I have to return device and obtain my money-back which was billed on my bank card. Please answer this.
