VIP Travel Incentives
Fraodulant - doesn't follow through on agreement

I was given a free gift from VIP Travel Incentives for listening to a vacation plan pitch. The gift was a free cruise with air fare. I have had success with a different company, "Take me on Vacation" so I assumed this company was honest, also.

I gave VIP $100.00 deposit and the company the 3 dates for a free cruise according to their specification. As it has gotten close to one of my dates, I received a letter saying I can't go that date and select another. This has happened 3 times so I called the company in hopes that they could just tell me what dates are good. When I called I got a message saying the VIP mailbox is full.

I have read the complaints of others and they also get the mailbox full message. I will keep trying to call, but I have sent a letter requesting my money back. This is one of the options when they ask for new dates.

I have read reports of others whoOthers say they have been waiting 5 months to get the refund returned, so I am not optimistic. But what I have done is e-mailed the Attorney General of Arizona, Mr. Goddard, and asked the state to close down this company that is tarnishing Arizona's reputation.

I have seen complaints about VIP on other sites. If we all join together and e-mail the Attorney General, maybe we can do something about the company other than complain.
