Call Me Sassy
Ripoff SELLING COUNTERFEIT premium denim/will not refund money!

I ordered premium denim from an online store called Call Me Sassy (www.callmesassy.com) and when I received the shipment it was clear Id received counterfeit jeans. The website is operating out of Jacksonville, FL. The two counterfeit brands were Rock & Republic Jeans and True Religion.

I contacted the company immediately and reached Cher Chaput via email. I expressed my displeasure and insisted I get my money back since the goods were falsely advertised. After many emails back and forth, this is part of the response I received from her confirming, in fact, the jeans were counterfeit:

"Are you serious-You really do not expect anyone to believe that you did not know what you were getting based on the price. Our policy page specifically states we do not pay for return shipping."

I have continued to try to resolve this issue and get my money back, but so far I have not been successful. She is avoiding me.
