Ups gives power hungry drivers to much control ripoff

UPS is a ripoff! I have a driver with a personal problem, he will not leave packages on my doorstep without a signature even if one is not required. It's ironic that this power hungry clown only does this on Fridays so he can make me wait the weekend for my items. Isn't it crazy that a corp like UPS gives these drivers that kind of discretion? I have submitted many complaints about this, each time assured it wont happen again but rest assured, it always does! I just finished my second complaint to the BBB and formal letter to Mike Askew (CEO) and have a message in with the state attorney's complaint line. Let's see how invisible I am!
