I have been doing business with this company for over 4 years. I take something valueable in to get a short term loan to pay a late bill, and get the item back out when I have the money available.

I have seen 3 owners in the past 4 years in the shop. I took my brand new acoustic guitar in because I trusted this company with my valueable item. BIG MISTAKE! When I first took in the item, the new owner was very fascinated with my guitar, and made small comments about it when I handed it to him. I thought about it later, but left it anyway.

A few months later went to retrieve my property and they looked in the back for about half an hour. I asked what the hold up was, they said that they cannot locate it, and it is not in the marked spot where they said they put it. Then they made a comment and said that they just fired someone for taking things home and bringing them back later.

Well, they said that the man must have taken a liking to my guitar and never brought it back. I was livid! I asked for my money to pay for my guitar for there mistake and not watching there employees more carefully.

It was also my mistake for trusting them. I will never do business with them again! And I will make damn sure they never get any of my friends business. I forgot to mention, they wanted me to pay half of my loan off for stealing my guitar. Now thats just bad business.
