Ripoff decieved me $11 000.00 later they do not return my calls I lost everything

I submitted a invention idea in July 06. Right away it was responded with a highly favorable response from Jack Cameron.in his words he said, "If we pursue this, I have a manufacturer that would probably pick it up right away."

I paid into a 72 point assesement worth 1500 us. I was sent a shiny black folder with lots of generic sheets. The "patent draftsmans" artist drawing is excatly what I sent to them, with no modifications to detail.

I was handed over to George Henry who locked me in with, "I feel that in 2yrs you wont have any worries, you'll be on a beach somewhere." I'll be honest, my reservations were there, my red flags were waving. Sounded to good, right? I kept squashing them with the thoughts of the supposedly accurate T. V interview by Doug Lewelyn with Julian Gumpel about PTI.

Has anyone else been mislead, and stayed with PTI because of the TV interview with Julian Gumpel?

George Henry used a passive aggressive approached and secured me to send my fees for a patent, copyright, and trademark, before a January 07 tradeshow. Good thing I did, right. Wrong. All to the tune of $9500.00. I almost had my family involved to get the $35 000.00 for the Europeon and China patent. Thank God I didn't. As it is I'm Canadian, change it over to U. S funds it is a substantially larger sum to loose.

Humiliated, cheated and extremely hurt, I gave these criminals all I had. No money left for the childrens education, and no chance of getting it back.

Today is Feb 7/07... No more contact with PTI since Dec 06. If anyone has any info on how to file against PTI and get money back it would be helpful...
