USF Dugan dishonest, fraudulent, lost merchandise, misrepresentation, eBay shipper, ripoff

Freightquote.com arranged the shipment of merchandise purchased on eBay, through USF Dugan. These two NEW Baldor motors were picked up in St Louis MO on Dec. 17. They were in the unopened manufacturer's cartons.
The motors were lost by the shippers.

After many email communications with freightquote, they refunded the shipping cost and only $36.90 for the "salvage" value of the motors which cost me $432.00! I refused to cash the checks because they were insulting and I did not want it to appear that I was accepting their puny offer.

They said USF Dugan would not refund my full cost because I made the purchase on eBay. They asked me to provide the warranty papers which I could not because they were in the lost boxes!

I reported this to the Attorney General' office in my state - it did no good.

I reported it to the BBB in Kansas. They worked on it for a while and I never heard another word from them. They have had multiple complaints listed on the BBB website.

They owe me $587.83 just to cover my initial costs.
