Rude dishonest fraudulent billing ripoff automated billing without consent New York

I did suscribe to this service in paid my dues and everything was fine. After one year I cancelled and didn't expect any more charges. At that time, as far as I knew, this was a reputable company.

I soon noticed 3 charges for the magazines I had subcribed to in the past... These charges were made in the middle of I thought it was weird & just an error so I called them and recieved refunds and made SURE it was cancelled.

Next thing I know, January I'm charged again, something like 80 dollars for the same three subscriptions. I called them AGAIN cancelled AGAIN... When I finally got to talk to an actual person, she was so rude and obnoxious and didn't offer any real help at all.

On top of all that:
I cancelled all three subscriptions but when I checked their automated system it still says one subscription is active. I have called back several times and this issue STILL is not resolved.

This company is SO unethical, please don't be tricked into their "discount offers" you really pay for it in the long run!
