Ripoff offered 3 services for trial period of 1.95 aand then charged my bank acct $99.73 without my consent

Offered me multiple services for $1.95 for first month. Tried to call their customer service line to cancel services but all numbers provided answered and then disconnected. The next month my bank acct. Was charged $99.73 without my consent. Finally reached a real person and complained about the charges but was told that their phone lines were working on the dates that i reported and that i would not be refunded. They go by 3 different names, call usa long distance, online advantage high speed internet service, and ultra thermal boost dieatary supplement. I was given the folling address to write to to complain about the charges but was told that i would more than likely not be refunded my money. The address i was given is Qualty Control 5949 south rainbow blvd LasVegas, NV 89118, please be advised that this is a scam to get your banking info so they have access to your acct so it can be charged any amount they choose, and you have no recourse to get your money back.
