TOOK 300 dollars from my checking account without my approval ripoff

My checking account was debited 300 dollars without my approval. When I spoke with these people in December about the initial 199 taken, I was told that a resolution would come. NOW they are doing it again. I cannot afford for this to happen & want these people to pay back every penny they have taken from everyone.
